With a summary of feasible adverse events and digital thermometers provided by the investigator, subjects recorded daily oral temperature and systemic and injection-site adverse events through day 42, utilizing a grading scale based on interference with normal day to day activities. On days 3, 10, 21, 24, 31, and 42, subjects returned to the clinic for inspection of the injection evaluation and site of adverse occasions.
